Tony Perry's excellent adventure

Hey everyone! What a week it has been. Two days of auditions and knocking on doors -- one of those in torrential rains that flooded many Manhattan streets and caused the subway system to grind to a halt. In the middle of all of that, I attended a taping of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire", which was fun and different, but tiring. You basically spend the afternoon clapping and cheering. But its amazing how you connect with some contestants and really root for them. The shows I attended air oct 5 and 6. Yesterday it was more of the same, except i ran into a guy at the audition who grew up in Carlisle, PA... and then my friend Danielle Spitaro was sitting there! Danielle, who graduates from AMDA in October, is also from the Harrisburg area. Her dad, Steve, used to run a restaurant where I played quite a bit. (Slammerz, if you're wondering.) He now lives in Brooklyn. It's a small world, after all.
