Tony Perry's excellent adventure

Wednesday, August 20, 2003:

Wow... where is the summer going to? Lots to talk about:

first of all, I managed to catch Caberet at the Capitol Dinner Theatre. Great show. Really interesting story too. I'm curious to find the play "I am a camera" which comes from the same source material.
I think the story is terriffic, and powerful as well.
then, saturday, I did a murder mystery in Hershey, then played at Zembies in Harrisburg. It was fun to see some old friends -- i haven't been there in a while -- and it was great to play again. Alice and Tony came, as did Cyndi and Jim and Brent played great as always. And Glen showed up after his Carlisle gig -- his new Ibanez in tow -- and joined in on the last set. It was like a trip down memory lane!
Sunday it was back to the theater, and then a board meeting, and then a performance at a church in Rutherford. Then dinner with my mom and her friend Catherine. A busy but fun weekend!
