Tony Perry's excellent adventure

Wednesday, December 11, 2002:

Today we're in the midst of an ice storm. And again, i'm stormed in at my mother's house. Not so bad, in that Mom felt like cooking! But being home with my wife would be nice! Oh well...

I'm scheduled to play at the Marriott tonight, but they've not made a decision yet about whether the show is a go or not.

We already started rehearsals for "The Bloody Eighth" at the Capitol Dinner Theatre. The show opens in february, but we have lots of work to do. The show has a large cast, and we're recording a cast CD ahead of time, which should be available for the shows world premier. My big act I song, "Palace of Sin", is pretty cool. I have to sing a Bb -- yes, the one just below a high C! So naturally im very stoked about it. RIght after that show, we'll be doing "The Wiz" with Sherman Hemsley.
