Tony Perry's excellent adventure

Friday, April 19, 2002:

Another week? how does that happen? Well, i'll tell you how: Getting a musical up and running takes a lot of time!
THe first week of Big River seems to be going well. We're all having fun and getting comfortable with our roles. Yesterday, Jackie Maxie went completely away on her solo for "How Blest We Are" -- I'm thinking the entire theater went to church!
IT was nice to get back to my own bed for a change last night. But its so hot! oy!
anyway, the Marriott gig was lots of fun, as always, and I met some cool guys from texas and California (pete and frank, respectively) who will let me know the next time they're in town. they got along great with the staff there!

I am definitely going to audition monday. just don't know which song i'm singing. have it narrowed down to two... we'll see..
