Tony Perry's excellent adventure
Wednesday, July 25, 2001:
What a long weekend.
Beth's car died in the middle of the road friday. $400+ when all was said and done.
Then the saturday recording session was canceled because of scheduling.
THe Party saturday went well, as did sunday night at Tailgaters. But then I called Chris Capra to see how they were doing, and learned his wife had died of bone cancer. So I drove to Nyack N.Y. for the viewing and funeral. Capra has a great family, so I know he'll get lots of support through this time.
This is from the Harrisburg Patriot-News:
Lucinda A. Capra
07/22/01
Lucinda A. Capra, 32, of Harrisburg, died Saturday in Valley Cottage, N.Y.
Surviving are her husband, Christopher Capra; and a daughter, Teresa and a son, Michael, both at home.
Services will be held Tuesday at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Manuet, N.Y.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in Hannemann Funeral Home, Nyack, N.Y.
Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, Capital Region Unit, 1500 N. Second St., Harrisburg 17102.

On a side note: in Nyack is the biggest mall i've ever seen. I mean, how can you have a Best Buy, a Comp USA and a Circuit City in one place?
Oh yeah, and did I mention I turn 40 today?
