Tony Perry's excellent adventure Friday, July 27, 2001: Friday already? It was a fun day. A solo show at the Mariott, proved to be lots of fun. Rod Stewart's in town for his Hershey concert, and his crew and players were all staying at the Mariott, so i had a nice chat with one of his backup singers, who promised to get them to play our cd in the stadium before the show. Needless to say, i didn't know they were in the room when i launched into "Reason to Believe".... The gang was there and very generous with birthday presents! Kim and Marc and Larry and Jen were fun to hang out with too. Oh yeah, and i got the August edition of Central PA magazine in the mail, with a feature story about me! And a cool photo!
